We believe getting things done should feel kind.

ForwardWins™ is a gentle, gamified goal and habit app built on one idea: you don’t need more pressure, you need a smaller next step and someone in your corner. That someone is a yeti, and this is why we made it.

The why

Most productivity tools are built for people who are already fine.

They assume you’ll push through. But when a goal feels huge, pushing harder is not the answer, it’s the problem. ForwardWins™ is the opposite of “you’re behind.” It meets you on the hard days and makes the next step small enough to take.

Meet Kabrina

Hi, I'm Kabrina.

I’m a leadership strategist and executive coach, and I built ForwardWins™ from a method I have taught my clients for over a decade.

Applied Neuroscience Practitioner · Executive Coach
Why I built it

I have taught this method to my clients for more than a decade. They are executives, founders, and high performers, many of them brilliant people with late-diagnosed ADHD, and I watched it change how they moved toward what mattered. The problem was, I had no clean way to hand it to someone without a full tutorial, or hoping they would build the habit on their own. The tools that already existed did not help. Most of them made even me feel behind, and I did not want to spend my weekend being nagged by my phone. So I built the thing I wished existed, and my clients love it.

For years I watched good people make the same resolutions, name what they wanted, and then let another year slip past. Meanwhile, friends and colleagues kept asking how I got so much done as a single mom running a business with five kids. Every time, I pointed back to this system. It is one of the pillars I run my own life on, along with the 90-day sprints I do with my clients.

“You can do hard things. And you can do anything for 90 days with the right structure to carry you.”

What I learned the hard way

I am terrible at celebrating myself, and most high performers are too. We just keep going, never pausing long enough to mark the win, and then we wonder why it feels like we are getting nowhere. As an Applied Neuroscience Practitioner, I can tell you that runs against everything we know about how the brain works, which is exactly why celebrating is built into ForwardWins™.

The science

Small wins are fuel. Making progress, even a tiny step, is the single biggest driver of motivation and mood, and marking it keeps you going. (Amabile and Kramer, The Progress Principle.)

The mountain

I chose a mountain because that is what accomplishing something feels like. Some days you look up and see majesty. Other days you look up and see something too big to face. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, I have felt both.

After my divorce and a move across the country to Tennessee, I hit a stretch where even the basics were hard. The small steps I had taught for years were the exact things I needed in the darkest moment of my life, when I felt alone, broken, and scared. One pebble at a time, they built my confidence back until I reached the summit and could finally breathe, take in the view, and celebrate that I made it through.

Someone told me once that adventure is both the good and the bad, and it changed how I see the whole climb.

Your buddy on the climb

That is what I want for you. I want your first finished pebble to feel like the start of your own grand adventure, with a clear path and a buddy beside you. Your yeti is that buddy, and I am never more than a message away.

The science

A friend flattens the hill. People judge a hill as less steep when a friend is beside them than when they face it alone. (Schnall, Harber, Stefanucci, and Proffitt, 2008.)

"You're on the adventure of a lifetime, and you get to write the story. There is no stopping you. It is ever upward from here."

What we believe

Ever upward.

  • Progress over perfection.
  • The next pebble, not the whole mountain.
  • Small wins are real wins. Celebrate them.
  • Built for everyone, gentle enough for the hardest days.
  • You are always ever upward, even on the days you rest.
Who it's for

For brains that do things a little differently, and everyone else too.

ForwardWins™ is designed to be doable for people with ADHD and executive-function challenges, and it works just as well for anyone who wants momentum without overwhelm. One warm approach, many kinds of people.
